RESERVATION GUIDELINES

 

• Check in time is 1400 hrs and Checkout time is 1200 hrs.

• Reservations with check-in prior to 0800 hrs are held from the previous evening and are also charged from the previous evening.

• All confirmed reservations need to be guaranteed at the time of reservation. To guarantee a reservation, the hotel will require a credit card guarantee or a one night’s deposit in cash or  billing letter( applicable only if your company is on the approved credit list)

• Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48hrs prior to the date of arrival at the hotel.

• In case of amendment or cancellation after 48hrs from the date of arrival and during the stay, one night room retention will be charged.

• Reservations not guaranteed, will be released at 1800 hrs on day of arrival

• Guaranteed reservations will be held till noon the following day.

• The preferred rates are subject to 5%/12%/18% GST on rates offered. Should there be any changes in the tax structure in the existing or coming year, the same would be applicable.

• The above rates are net and non-commissionable.

• Foreign nationals have the option to pay the equivalent of the Indian rupee tariff in US Dollars as per the prevailing exchange rate.

• In case the accommodation required is 02 rooms and above, the full amount would be charged for the entire duration.
